WHO WE ARE

Sarah began teaching in Panama CIty on the back porch at a massage clinic.  After years of teaching outdoors, she realized that she wanted to bring Iyengar yoga to a larger audience.  She and her husband bought their current studio in 2019, and opened the doors in early 2020.  The studio space is large and open, and filled with props.  After teaching in the area for 20 years, Sarah brings a team of experienced, knowledgable teachers to this beautiful space.
