ALL LEVELS YOGA
This class is available for all students. Your instructor will modify poses to accommodate each students needs, regardless of their yoga experience.
Join Sarah for a challenging Iyengar yoga class. Focus is placed on a variety of poses, including inversions. 1 year of yoga experience is requested to attend this class.
This class is for anyone who is new to yoga, or wants a refresher on the basics of the poses. Class will focus on alignment, with special attention to helping each student find their best pose.
This class moves at a bit slower of a pace for those wishing to spend more time in their poses. Instructors will help each student individually, and modify for all needs.
This class is for everyone who wants to hang upside down! Aerial is a great way to practice inversions, and has a quieting, calming affect on the body and mind. Join us to try it out!
Back Care yoga is for anyone wishing that their back felt better from time to time. Learn to strengthen and stretch your back to provide relief from aches and pains.
Pilates is known not only for its ability to enhance movement biomechanics and muscular strength without wasting mental or physical energy, but also for awakening the mind-body-spirit connection. Regular Pilates exercise leads to improved posture, movement and breathing.
